Belotaurus FC's Raphael Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ignacio Rico in the 4th minute of play. Belotaurus FC's Raphael Salgado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Belotaurus FC from getting a goal against them. Raphael Salgado was out of position in the 7 minute of play, and Julio Michael capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julio Michael really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Hortêncio Siqueira's late challenge caught a Quebrachitos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hortêncio Siqueira helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th minute, Hortêncio Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aquilino Montay got free with Raphael Salgado in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luís Guilherme Quadros struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Clemente Louis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belotaurus FC. 19 minutes into the game, Julio Michael cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Raphael Salgado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee felt a red card was in order, 23 minutes into the game, when Bernabe Herauso put in a rough tackle. After 27 minutes, Lázaro Urtsua mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quebrachitos FC and the Belotaurus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Lázaro Urtsua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aquilino Montay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Raphael Salgado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Daniel Abastas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hortêncio Siqueira was shown his second yellow card after 32 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 33 played minutes Belotaurus FC got a freekick which was hit by Hortêncio Siqueira. Devin Booker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aquilino Montay in the 39thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raphael Salgado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 41 minutes, Godfredo Artal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Quebrachitos FC and the Belotaurus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Quebrachitos FC's Godfredo Artal got a free kick in the 41st minute. Raphael Salgado made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Aquilino Montay sent off a good shot on target. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Guilherme Quadros made a kick off. Raphael Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Devin Booker in the 52nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Florencio Cuarto during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Quebrachitos FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Florencio Cuarto hit a great ball. Quebrachitos FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Luís Guilherme Quadros 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Aquilino Montay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raphael Salgado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Montay in the 66th minute of the match. Fábio Dionísio hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 75th match minute, Belotaurus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Guilherme Quadros to maneuver through the defense. If Aquilino Montay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Devin Booker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Aquilino Montay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raphael Salgado was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. When Devin Booker came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Quebrachitos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Devin Booker couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Aquilino Montay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raphael Salgado was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After 93 minutes, Aquilino Montay made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Belotaurus FC's Raphael Salgado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Quebrachitos FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
