In the 7th minute João Vilas Boas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksander Smefeldt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 8 played minutes Bloodthirsty FC got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Björnberg. Aleksander Smefeldt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Vilas Boas, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Marco Varela made a precise shot to the right of Aleksander Smefeldt. Bloodthirsty FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gunnar Björnberg in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Egídio Loureiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. João Vilas Boas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Aleksander Smefeldt made a huge save. Bloodthirsty FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when João Vilas Boas 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Aleksander Smefeldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Lamego, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bo-Erik Nilsson kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Alf Eliasson hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 41 minutes into the game, when Patrik Mikaelsson put in a rough tackle. In the 40th minute, one of Bloodthirsty FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bloodthirsty FC. Aleksander Smefeldt made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Marco Varela sent off a good shot on target. After 45 played minutes Bloodthirsty FC got a freekick which was hit by Alf Eliasson. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when João Vilas Boas made the kick off in the second half. Gunnar Björnberg struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Egídio Loureiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bloodthirsty FC. 62 minutes into the match, Marco Varela notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Bloodthirsty FC's Aleksander Smefeldt. Aleksander Smefeldt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 73 minutes of play, Minho FC's João Vilas Boas made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aleksander Smefeldt was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramiro Fernandes during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ramiro Fernandes kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Bloodthirsty FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Mårtensson to maneuver through the defense. Aleksander Smefeldt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. João Vilas Boas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bloodthirsty FC's Aleksander Smefeldt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Fernandes in the 96th minute of play. Aleksander Smefeldt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavier Lamego, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
