In the 3rd minute, Guillermo Bortzaioriz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raphael Salgado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 5 played minutes Belotaurus FC got a freekick which was hit by Agostinho Esteves. In the 14th minute, Ignacio Rico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Guilherme Quadros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Louis having to interfere. Romário Senna's late challenge caught a Quebrachitos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romário Senna helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, Belotaurus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romário Senna to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Guillermo Bortzaioriz sped through Belotaurus FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raphael Salgado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Bortzaioriz in the 29th minute of play forced Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Raphael Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 29 minutes, Fábio Dionísio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belotaurus FC and the Quebrachitos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Belotaurus FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Fábio Dionísio hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guillermo Bortzaioriz in the 33rd minute of play forced Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Raphael Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Ignacio Rico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Raphael Salgado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44thth minute of the game Guillermo Bortzaioriz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Belotaurus FC's Raphael Salgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 45 played minutes Belotaurus FC got a freekick which was hit by Ezequiel Baiano.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Guilherme Quadros was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Quebrachitos FC's Florencio Cuarto got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute, André Luís Macedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Belotaurus FC's Raphael Salgado got control of the ball when Guillermo Bortzaioriz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Rômulo Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raphael Salgado acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 64th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Godfredo Artal. In the 66th minute, Guillermo Bortzaioriz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quebrachitos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Guillermo Bortzaioriz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raphael Salgado came out and tried to block the shot, but Guillermo Bortzaioriz slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 69th minute. Fábio Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Belotaurus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Bortzaioriz came free, but Raphael Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Michael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Raphael Salgado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guillermo Bortzaioriz went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Raphael Salgado made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Julio Michael sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute, Guillermo Bortzaioriz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Quebrachitos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-11. Raphael Salgado was a little too slow when Julio Michael got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 95th minute. The score was now 0-12. The Belotaurus FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Quebrachitos FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
