The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zeruko Sardaneta to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Damian Cârlan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Cârlan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Porteño Prowess FC's Geancarlos Cedillo got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Damian Cârlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlad Covrig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeruko Sardaneta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute Porteño Prowess FC were awarded a corner. Geancarlos Cedillo went to the cornerflag to take it. The supporters of PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca booed when Porteño Prowess FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeruko Sardaneta didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 80 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Damian Cârlan sped through Porteño Prowess FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Valerio Tejeido. The audience was convinced that Damian Cârlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valerio Tejeido was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. 87 minutes into the match, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Dieguez came free, but Vlad Covrig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Calistrat Şerbănescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valerio Tejeido was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
