Damián Egø showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calistrat Şerbănescu in the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Cârlan in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damián Egø prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 23 minutes, Sebastian Istodor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Istodor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Porteño Prowess FC's Damián Egø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Cârlan in the 24th minute of play. After 30 minutes of play, Porteño Prowess FC's Zuberoa Armona made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vlad Covrig was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 33rd minute Calistrat Şerbănescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damián Egø saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sebastian Istodor in the 34th minute. In the 35th match minute, Porteño Prowess FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeruko Sardaneta to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 36 minutes, Sebastian Istodor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Calistrat Şerbănescu to make the kick off. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Porteño Prowess FC reached it. A collision led to PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Sorin Nicorici hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 59th minute of the game. One of PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Porteño Prowess FC:s goal. In the 60th minute, Geancarlos Cedillo made a precise shot to the right of Vlad Covrig. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 66th match minute, Porteño Prowess FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Dieguez to maneuver through the defense. Damian Cârlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Porteño Prowess FC booed when PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calistrat Şerbănescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 76 in the game by Damian Cârlan from a close distance when the talented Damián Egø managed to make a qualified save. Porteño Prowess FC's players were relieved. Porteño Prowess FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Calistrat Şerbănescu scored to the left of an out of position Damián Egø, making the score, 2-2. The supporters of Porteño Prowess FC booed when PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adrian Bârsan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute, Zeruko Sardaneta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 85th minute, Sebastian Istodor reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damián Egø. The goal made the score 2-3. Damian Cârlan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Damián Egø tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damián Egø stood somewhat misplaced when Calistrat Şerbănescu came free in front of goal and shot 2-4 to the left of him in the 97 minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
