In the 12th minute, Filomeno Abadia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Villagra Inguanzo fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Porteño Prowess FC's protests and gave Villagra Inguanzo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Olivos AFC booed when Porteño Prowess FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Villagra Inguanzo didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Guamán Bevia came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Porteño Prowess FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guamán Bevia couldn't finish the play. Mariano Cloyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guamán Bevia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guamán Bevia in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mariano Cloyo saved Olivos AFC from getting behind. Damián Egø took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Nuñez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Porteño Prowess FC's Guamán Bevia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mariano Cloyo. That made the score 2-0 after 31 minutes of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guamán Bevia in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Cloyo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Camilo Nuxila might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damián Egø. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Camilo Nuxila ran back to his position shaking his head. Porteño Prowess FC's Damián Egø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Abadia in the 42nd minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Guamán Bevia made the kick off in the second half. Olivos AFC's Mariano Cloyo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoilo Melendes in the 54th minute of play. In the 57th minute Zoilo Melendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Cloyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute, Guamán Bevia left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Porteño Prowess FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The supporters of Porteño Prowess FC booed when Olivos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Abadia didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guamán Bevia in the 66th minute of play forced Olivos AFC's goalkeeper Mariano Cloyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd match minute, Olivos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Nuñez to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute Guamán Bevia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Cloyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Nuxila's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Damián Egø firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Villagra Inguanzo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 81 minutes had been played. Villagra Inguanzo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After 89 played minutes Porteño Prowess FC got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Canton. Damián Egø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filomeno Abadia, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
