Mustafa Ali Baysu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Fredriksson in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Rikard Helander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mustafa Ali Baysu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Verner Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Ragnar Fernkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DIF LEEDS BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR the free kick. Ragnar Fernkvist hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Mustafa Ali Baysu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Mustafa Ali Baysu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rikard Helander in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Viktor Biörnberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Ali Baysu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 minutes, Verner Fredriksson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DIF LEEDS BK and the GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, DIF LEEDS BK's Verner Fredriksson got a free kick in the 45th minute. After the first half DIF LEEDS BK were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kunter Ulus stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. GeNÇ ÇoTaNaKLaR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Verner Fredriksson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4.
