In the 6th minute, Jerold Santalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Östen Eliasson, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Arman Dahlqvist took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zenaido Urtiaran. Zenaido Urtiaran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of Öjeby IF booed when Montevideo City Torque was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Almarza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arman Dahlqvist in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zenaido Urtiaran, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Montevideo City Torque's Angel Cadaval got a free kick in the 20th minute. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Arman Dahlqvist sped through Montevideo City Torque's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zenaido Urtiaran. Christian Blom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenaido Urtiaran having to interfere. Zenaido Urtiaran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arman Dahlqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The supporters of Montevideo City Torque booed when Öjeby IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arman Dahlqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 played minutes Öjeby IF got a freekick which was hit by Ingvar Alström. A collision led to Öjeby IF getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Staffan Jespersson hit a great ball. In the 47th minute Xove Bernedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Gerdberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gonzales Alfeiran was the one to do the kick off. Staffan Jespersson's late challenge caught a Montevideo City Torque's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Staffan Jespersson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Montevideo City Torque booed when Öjeby IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Staffan Jespersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 55 minutes, Henning Falkrans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Öjeby IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henning Falkrans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zenaido Urtiaran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ingvar Alström in the 57th minute of play. A collision led to Montevideo City Torque getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Xove Bernedo hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Arman Dahlqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zenaido Urtiaran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Quinito Folch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Öjeby IF's Arman Dahlqvist in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Öjeby IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Blom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zenaido Urtiaran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Öjeby IF's Christian Gerdberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzales Alfeiran in the 76th minute of play. After 77 minutes, Philip Dahlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Öjeby IF and the Montevideo City Torque players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 77 played minutes Öjeby IF got a freekick which was hit by Philip Dahlberg. Gonzales Alfeiran came free with the goalkeeper in the 78th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Christian Gerdberg could save by the left post. Östen Eliasson made in the 79th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Philip Dahlberg however managed to control. Zenaido Urtiaran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arman Dahlqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Montevideo City Torque's Zenaido Urtiaran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arman Dahlqvist in the 87th minute of play. Öjeby IF walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
