After 2 played minutes Sarmiento de Resistencia got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Silviano. Humberto Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Berdaitz in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Brasilino's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Berdaitz came free, but Humberto Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brasilino's Humberto Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Sarmiento in the 10th minute of play. Romeo Berdaitz scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute Romulo Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Brasilino's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Berdaitz came free, but Humberto Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Brasilino booed when Sarmiento de Resistencia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Berdaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Romeo Berdaitz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Humberto Xavier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Humberto Xavier came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Sarmiento de Resistencia's Romeo Berdaitz. But to his dismay, Romeo Berdaitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Romulo Sarmiento scored 4-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Humberto Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Romeo Berdaitz sped through Brasilino's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Humberto Xavier. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Fiori Souto made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Brasilino's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Berdaitz came free, but Humberto Xavier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Pirmin in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th minute Romulo Sarmiento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Sarmiento de Resistencia's Romeo Berdaitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Xavier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 64 minutes into the game, Frank Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brasilino's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sarmiento de Resistencia the free kick. After a rather tough play, Brasilino's Frank Senna got a free kick in the 64th minute. Romeo Berdaitz took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Xavier. Humberto Xavier dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. Humberto Xavier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 79th minute Romeo Berdaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute, Romulo Sarmiento made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Xavier. Brasilino's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. In the 88th minute Romeo Berdaitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Xavier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Humberto Xavier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Berdaitz in the 89th minute of play. Elder Ramalho got a throw-in 92 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Enrique Araújo. In the 92nd match minute, Sarmiento de Resistencia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Mambru to maneuver through the defense. Brasilino's Humberto Xavier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Berdaitz in the 94th minute of play. Sarmiento de Resistencia walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
