Emmanuel Meersman came out of the goal and Placido Distiratsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Kickers United booed when A S Y A™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Omar Fero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wayne De Mey's late challenge caught a A S Y A™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wayne De Mey helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of A S Y A™ booed when Kickers United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wayne De Mey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emmanuel Meersman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Omar Fero, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Kickers United's Emmanuel Meersman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Distiratsu in the 20th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Buinton in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emmanuel Meersman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zacarias Moise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Emmanuel Meersman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Filiberto Danel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmanuel Meersman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 35 minutes of play, A S Y A™'s Zacarias Moise made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emmanuel Meersman was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Rogelio Oidor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A S Y A™ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. A S Y A™'s Cipriano Mendiko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save A S Y A™ from getting a goal against them. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mariano Buinton to make the kick off. Robustiano Gaskon was slow to take the kick. During this time A S Y A™'s players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on A S Y A™'s corner Robustiano Gaskon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Emmanuel Meersman quite easily take care of the ball.
