Ricardo Tasso started the match with the kick off. In the 11th minute, Mendoza Vinuesa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Washington Baiano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s Valentim Aliprando got a free kick in the 13th minute. Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s Dani Rapino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Real Guayaquil.F.C. from getting a goal against them. Polo Bellogin scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Washington Baiano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Washington Baiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mendoza Vinuesa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Polo Bellogin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Washington Baiano. Chinho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Polo Bellogin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Washington Baiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mendoza Vinuesa in the 38th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Mendoza Vinuesa notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Chinho FC's Washington Baiano. Washington Baiano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Washington Baiano came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Guayaquil.F.C.'s Polo Bellogin. But to his dismay, Polo Bellogin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The Chinho FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real Guayaquil.F.C. were winning 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Polo Bellogin to make the kick off. A collision led to Chinho FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Thomás Maranhense hit a great ball. Valentim Aliprando kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of Real Guayaquil.F.C. booed when Chinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Breno Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Washington Baiano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Rocafort in the 68th minute of the match. Paulo José Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Dani Rapino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cléber Prata kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Polo Bellogin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Washington Baiano came out and tried to block the shot, but Polo Bellogin slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 73rd minute. Dani Rapino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo José Gaúcho in the 77th minute of play. A collision led to Chinho FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. In the 86th play minute Polo Bellogin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Washington Baiano. 0-7. 92 minutes into the match, Polo Bellogin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Washington Baiano. Chinho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Polo Bellogin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. In the 98th match minute, Chinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Willian Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Real Guayaquil.F.C. had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
