Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Horia Buciuceanu made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 2nd minute, Rudi Voeler managed to get in a good position for a shot. DARAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Rudi Voeler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octav Dănășel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 5th minute, Roger Milla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matey Trashliev showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Istrate in the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Gavril Klinkov hit a great ball. The DARAS fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when DARAS's Rudi Voeler looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Roger Milla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Octav Dănășel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 21st minute, Horia Buciuceanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rova Rosiori fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Octav Dănășel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rudi Voeler went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. 34 minutes into the match, Rova Rosiori's goalkeeper Octav Dănășel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Milla. Octav Dănășel came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by DARAS's Roger Milla. But to his dismay, Roger Milla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 45th minute, Rudi Voeler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DARAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Octav Dănășel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavril Klinkov in the 52nd minute of play. After 58 played minutes Rova Rosiori got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Hosu. In the 59th minute Rudi Voeler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octav Dănășel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Rudi Voeler ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octav Dănășel was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. After 74 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rova Rosiori! Octav Dănășel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudi Voeler in the 84th minute of the match. When Roger Milla came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the DARAS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Milla couldn't finish the play. Octav Dănășel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Milla, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Roger Milla notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Rova Rosiori's Octav Dănășel. Octav Dănășel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
