Markus Paul Schürhoff started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Enzo Huber mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hamburg Fighters and the THE CRYSTAL SHIP players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd minute, one of Hamburg Fighters:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hamburg Fighters. After a rather tough play, Hamburg Fighters's Klemens Krinke got a free kick in the 6th minute. Dorel Domnescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paul Piersic showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toni Diergardt, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 18 minutes into the game, one of THE CRYSTAL SHIP:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 22nd minute Gerard Kapteina suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Hamburg Fighters made a substitution. Davor Buchwalder replaced Gerard Kapteina. The supporters of Hamburg Fighters booed when THE CRYSTAL SHIP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matei Udrescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Hamburg Fighters getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jochen Fusten hit a great ball. A collision led to Hamburg Fighters getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Wulf-Dieter Schwarze hit a great ball. David Anghel's late challenge caught a Hamburg Fighters's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. In the 33rd match minute, Hamburg Fighters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toni Diergardt to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matei Udrescu in the 40th minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Nolan Bästlein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matei Udrescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Matei Udrescu in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hamburg Fighters's goalie prevented a goal. In the 62ndth minute of the game Matei Udrescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hamburg Fighters's Nolan Bästlein was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Gianluigi Balla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hamburg Fighters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave THE CRYSTAL SHIP the free kick. In the 68th minute of the match Dorel Domnescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nolan Bästlein showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nolan Bästlein stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Matei Udrescu's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. After 70 played minutes Hamburg Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Jochen Fusten. Grigore Bota kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Matei Udrescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Hamburg Fighters booed when THE CRYSTAL SHIP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nichifor Gâțea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paul Piersic came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Hamburg Fighters's Jens Stober. But to his dismay, Jens Stober quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Matei Udrescu hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matei Udrescu in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nolan Bästlein prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 91st match minute, Hamburg Fighters was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wulf-Dieter Schwarze to maneuver through the defense. After 94 played minutes Hamburg Fighters got a freekick which was hit by Gianluigi Balla. After 95 played minutes, THE CRYSTAL SHIP's Dorel Domnescu shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nolan Bästlein came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in THE CRYSTAL SHIP reached it. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
