Petar Dzhurkov kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Roger Milla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DARAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, DARAS's goalkeeper Dido Levicharov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Toni Diergardt. Nolan Bästlein showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roger Milla, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Hamburg Fighters's Nolan Bästlein played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petar Dzhurkov in the 30th minute of play. When Jochen Fusten fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hamburg Fighters's protests and gave Jochen Fusten a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to DARAS getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Marko Kyulafliev hit a great ball. The supporters of DARAS booed when Hamburg Fighters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerard Kapteina didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Markus Paul Schürhoff to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roger Milla in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nolan Bästlein prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Petar Dzhurkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nolan Bästlein made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Milla in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Hamburg Fighters booed when DARAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asparuh Pisarski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, DARAS's Petar Dzhurkov got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 67th minute, Petar Dzhurkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roger Milla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Nolan Bästlein tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roger Milla in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nolan Bästlein saved Hamburg Fighters from getting behind. DARAS made a substitution. Vergil Gushev replaced Viden Tonov. Toni Diergardt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petar Dzhurkov in the 84th minute of play forced Hamburg Fighters's goalkeeper Nolan Bästlein to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 86 minutes, Roger Milla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DARAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Milla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Lamp hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. A hard shot 92 in the game by Petar Dzhurkov from a close distance when the talented Nolan Bästlein managed to make a qualified save. Hamburg Fighters's players were relieved. During the 93rd minute of the match Jochen Fusten completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Jochen Fusten a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 95th match minute, DARAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zapryan Humbadzhiev to maneuver through the defense. Toni Diergardt kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. DARAS walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
