A collision led to KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Marek Olejasz hit a great ball. Barnaba Boruta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardinho Loyola, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Barnaba Boruta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Fábio Goiano went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 17 played minutes Brasiliense FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardinho Loyola. 27 minutes into the game, Brasiliense FC's Fabinho Toledo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Barnaba Boruta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Abel Ortiz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juliusz Piesciuk in the 31st minute. Konrad Bierfass recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juliusz Piesciuk struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Abel Ortiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ. 40 minutes into the match, Brasiliense FC's goalkeeper Abel Ortiz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juliusz Piesciuk. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Rutkowski during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th minute Luís Fábio Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barnaba Boruta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's goal looked a bit too open when Fabinho Toledo came free, but Barnaba Boruta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Fábio Goiano in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barnaba Boruta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Agostinho Mendes's late challenge caught a KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agostinho Mendes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 48th minute, Agostinho Mendes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Juliusz Piesciuk was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Brasiliense FC's Luís Fábio Goiano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Barnaba Boruta. That made the score 1-3 after 53 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juliusz Piesciuk in the 59th minute of play forced Brasiliense FC's goalkeeper Abel Ortiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugeniusz Rakoski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ's Barnaba Boruta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ from getting a goal against them. Barnaba Boruta came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Brasiliense FC's Luís Fábio Goiano. But to his dismay, Luís Fábio Goiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Abel Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliusz Piesciuk in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Brasiliense FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than KOZIOŁKI KKS POZNAŃ.
