The referee ignored PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s protests and gave Laerte Proença a yellow card for diving instead. Laerte Proença hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vasiliy Ryabov during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Gualter Jacinto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Irakliy Dorenskiy was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s Joaquim Guedes suffered a concussion after 32 minutes and had to leave the field. Marat Mishin charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisinho da Mata in the 69th minute of play forced Феникс Санкт-Петербург's goalkeeper Irakliy Dorenskiy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 87 minutes, Irakliy Dorenskiy successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 91st minute, Marat Mishin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gualter Jacinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Askold Vladimirov hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. After 98 minutes of play, Феникс Санкт-Петербург's Timur Markov made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Barbosa was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Феникс Санкт-Петербург supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching PRO-BR™ -P.A.B-'s performance.
