Kirun Suprana kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Bonit Panggabean hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Bestone 716 - Jakarta's Yus Tutuarima got control of the ball when Allan Odin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Okta Nadeak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fikri Zubir scored 0-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gösta Carlsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fikri Zubir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gösta Carlsson having to interfere. Allan Odin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yus Tutuarima having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Allan Odin was the one to do the kick off.
