Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Elano Marques started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Carlinhos Passos, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cássio Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Erik Moreira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute, Falcão Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zandarin FC's David Alvarenga got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Falcão Andrade kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Encanto's zone, David Alvarenga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseu Tasso came out of the goal and David Alvarenga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Michel Salgado kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Falcão Andrade hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 42 played minutes Zandarin FC got a freekick which was hit by David Alvarenga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Furlan in the 45th minute of play forced Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Raphael de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
After 52 minutes of play, Encanto's Nico Passos made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Raphael de Queiroz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Encanto's Erik Moreira in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zandarin FC's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 59 minutes, David Alvarenga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zandarin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Alvarenga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nico Passos in the 64th minute of play forced Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Raphael de Queiroz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th match minute, Zandarin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinho Quirino to maneuver through the defense. 67 minutes into the match, Nico Passos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raphael de Queiroz. Zandarin FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nico Passos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Zandarin FC's Raphael de Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Furlan in the 75th minute of play. After 78 minutes, Elano Marques mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zandarin FC and the Encanto players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elano Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Nico Passos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erik Moreira might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Raphael de Queiroz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erik Moreira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 82nd match minute, Zandarin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Elano Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, Encanto's goalkeeper Eliseu Tasso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Alvarenga. Erik Moreira's late challenge caught a Zandarin FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erik Moreira helped the player get up and apologised. After 98 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Erik Moreira. Encanto walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
