Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Zandarin FC's Elano Marques started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Ernani Brito came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Zandarin FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernani Brito couldn't finish the play. If Ernani Brito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mikael Askberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Raphael de Queiroz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karl-Åke Jakobsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raphael de Queiroz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Ernani Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Zandarin FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Michel Salgado hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Zandarin FC's Luís Guilherme Ortiz got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute, John Larsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vilgot Nilsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. John Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael de Queiroz having to interfere. Raphael de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Åke Jakobsson in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Claudinho Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Åke Jakobsson to strike the kick off in the second half. When Zandarin FC's Elano Marques in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Finninge Fotboll's goalie prevented a goal. When Karl-Åke Jakobsson came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Finninge Fotboll fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Åke Jakobsson couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Zandarin FC's Elano Marques got a free kick in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Zandarin FC's goalkeeper Raphael de Queiroz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Åke Jakobsson. Karl-Åke Jakobsson charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Karl-Åke Jakobsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Finninge Fotboll getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Karl-Åke Jakobsson hit a great ball. Magne Axelsson came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Zandarin FC's Ernani Brito. But to his dismay, Ernani Brito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ernani Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Ernani Brito had to leave the field with a concussion. After 87 minutes, Ivan Hääger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Finninge Fotboll and the Zandarin FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Zandarin FC made a substitution. David Alvarenga replaced Ernani Brito. Ivan Hääger hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. When David Alvarenga came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Zandarin FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Alvarenga couldn't finish the play. Zandarin FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Finninge Fotboll had controlled the match.
