Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santos Romano in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Enmanuel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 13th minute, Santos Romano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Santos Romano's late challenge caught a Cebollitas F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santos Romano helped the player get up and apologised. After 13 played minutes ..Villa Rugby Club.. got a freekick which was hit by Santos Romano. A collision led to Cebollitas F.C. getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Leonardo Sigali hit a great ball. The supporters of Cebollitas F.C. booed when ..Villa Rugby Club.. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomás Senon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eriberto Enmanuel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Senon in the 19th minute of play. If Santos Romano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. Eriberto Enmanuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santos Romano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santos Romano took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eriberto Enmanuel. Eriberto Enmanuel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santos Romano got free with Eriberto Enmanuel in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 76 minutes into the match, Rolando Mero notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of ..Villa Rugby Club..'s Fidel Chus. Fidel Chus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ..Villa Rugby Club.. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
