The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elói Branco in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Narcis Popete prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elói Branco in the 8th minute of play forced Vlashers's goalkeeper Narcis Popete to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Quebra Ossos FC's Elói Branco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Narcis Popete made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Isac Angelescu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Vitório Britto 15 minutes into the match. Narcis Popete took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elói Branco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the game, Isac Angelescu lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Vitório Britto. 23 minutes into the match, Quebra Ossos FC's goalkeeper Vitório Britto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dacian Cara. Vitório Britto stood somewhat misplaced when Isac Angelescu came free in front of goal and shot 3-1 to the left of him in the 27 minute. Moise Zăraşcu kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Quebra Ossos FC's Téo Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute of the match, Isac Angelescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vitório Britto saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 42 minutes into the game, Aristide Burdulea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vlashers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quebra Ossos FC the free kick. After 42 played minutes Vlashers got a freekick which was hit by Aristide Burdulea. After 43 played minutes, Quebra Ossos FC's Téo Fonseca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Narcis Popete came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quebra Ossos FC reached it. In the 45th minute Elói Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narcis Popete saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isac Angelescu made a kick off. In the 60th minute Isac Angelescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitório Britto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Telmo Salles's late challenge caught a Vlashers's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Telmo Salles helped the player get up and apologised. In the 63rd minute, Telmo Salles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quebra Ossos FC's Vitório Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isac Angelescu in the 68th minute of play. Elói Branco who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Narcis Popete when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 76 minutes of play, Vlashers's Isac Angelescu made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vitório Britto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gugu Saldanha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Narcis Popete made a huge save. Vlad Bitang hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute of the match Aírton Queirós shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Narcis Popete showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Vlad Bitang fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vlashers's protests and gave Vlad Bitang a yellow card for diving instead. Vlad Bitang kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 86 played minutes, Quebra Ossos FC's Aírton Queirós shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Narcis Popete came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quebra Ossos FC reached it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Quebra Ossos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Vlashers.
