The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonard Mureșan helped the player get up and apologised. Dacian Cara might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexsandro Carioca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dacian Cara ran back to his position shaking his head. Tadeu Alagoano hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 94 minutes, Samuca Gaúcho took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Narcis Popete to make any attempt to save it. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
