In the 5th minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Simão Pinheiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pastor Manilan. Pastor Manilan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, Fábio Arantes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pastor Manilan. Fábio Arantes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Guqueri F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Simão Pinheiro scored to the left of an out of position Pastor Manilan, making the score, 3-0. In the 25th minute, Marcelinho Dias made a precise shot to the right of Pastor Manilan. Guqueri F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 27th minute, Marcelinho Dias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Manilan was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Guqueri F.C.'s goalkeeper Pastor Manilan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pastor Manilan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fábio Arantes in the 33rd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the game, Simão Pinheiro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Pastor Manilan. Guqueri F.C.'s Pastor Manilan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Pinheiro in the 41st minute of play. Pastor Manilan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes into the match, Guqueri F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Samuca Gaúcho came free, but Pastor Manilan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simão Pinheiro was the one to do the kick off. Pastor Manilan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelinho Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute Simão Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pastor Manilan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pastor Manilan came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Figueira SC FSCMZ's Marcelinho Dias. But to his dismay, Marcelinho Dias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Pastor Manilan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão Pinheiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the game, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Marcelinho Dias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pastor Manilan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. After some careless play in the Guqueri F.C. defense, Simão Pinheiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pastor Manilan. The Guqueri F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pastor Manilan should have stopped the shot. After 70 played minutes Guqueri F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Amaya. 74 minutes into the match, Guqueri F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Simão Pinheiro came free, but Pastor Manilan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeu Eger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Manilan having to interfere.
