But to his dismay, Timoteo Corderun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Pere Manzano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Rocio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Timoteo Corderun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belmiro Calatayud charged in rather forcefully in the 48th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Belmiro Calatayud the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Belmiro Calatayud hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Rocio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Pakorro AFC's Timoteo Corderun slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pere Manzano. That made the score 0-8 after 74 minutes of play. In the 77th minute Jorge Rocio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pere Manzano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pakorro AFC's Jorge Rocio managed to work through Downchester City's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Pere Manzano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pakorro AFC.
