Figueira SC FSCMZ's Alexsandro Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xanti Jareño in the 23rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Figueira SC FSCMZ's Waldemar Maranhense slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pere Manzano. That made the score 1-0 after 38 minutes of play. In the 68th minute, Marcelinho Dias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pere Manzano was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Alexsandro Carioca made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roger Palomares in the 72nd minute. After 90 minutes of play, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Marcelinho Dias made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pere Manzano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xanti Jareño who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Alexsandro Carioca when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
