The ball went over the crossbar instead. 8 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Aureliano Louis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicanor Pueblo. In the 9th minute, Nicanor Pueblo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Waitakere F.C.'s Nicanor Pueblo in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalie prevented a goal. Aureliano Louis was a little too slow when Nicanor Pueblo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 2-0. Nicanor Pueblo took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aureliano Louis. Aureliano Louis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Nicanor Pueblo took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aureliano Louis. After having played for 32 minutes, Silvano Martxel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Waitakere F.C.'s Niceto Maraman quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice moves Silvano Martxel could shoot a difficult shot in the 36th minute, which Aureliano Louis however easily saved by the left post. Nicanor Pueblo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliano Louis having to make a save. 37 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Aureliano Louis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicanor Pueblo. 41 minutes into the match, Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Pueblo came free, but Aureliano Louis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 played minutes Cardo Ruso Cordobés got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Salamon. Nicanor Pueblo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Louis having to interfere. Aureliano Louis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicanor Pueblo in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Nicanor Pueblo struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Aureliano Louis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Waitakere F.C.. If Silvano Martxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 55 minutes, Silvano Martxel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's Aureliano Louis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Unai in the 58th minute of play. After some careless play in the Cardo Ruso Cordobés defense, Silvano Martxel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aureliano Louis. The Cardo Ruso Cordobés fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aureliano Louis should have stopped the shot. Cardo Ruso Cordobés made a substitution. Ruperto Innocenzio replaced Emiliano Curcio. In the 67th minute, Silvano Martxel made a precise shot to the right of Aureliano Louis. Cardo Ruso Cordobés's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. After 71 played minutes Waitakere F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Marin. Aureliano Louis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Martxel in the 79th minute of play. In the 84th minute Cardo Ruso Cordobés were awarded a corner. Aquilino Satordi went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Aquilino Satordi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Waitakere F.C.'s Sergio Nazario did a great save. In the 86th match minute, Waitakere F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Martxel to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Martxel in the 89th minute of play forced Cardo Ruso Cordobés's goalkeeper Aureliano Louis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Waitakere F.C. had played much better football throughout.
