An unexpectedly hard shot by 曾剑飞 in the 28th minute of play forced Egg Chasers FC's goalkeeper Ricky Rowe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Eric Shipley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jay Mullen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but 宋夕威 made a huge save. A collision led to Egg Chasers FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Dane Oldham hit a great ball. 曾剑飞 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ricky Rowe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 宋夕威 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jay Mullen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Patrick Toovey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 宋夕威 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Byron Radcliffe notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of ≮Empire≯Give me five CXK's 宋夕威. 宋夕威 was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 邱崇城's late challenge caught a Egg Chasers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 邱崇城 helped the player get up and apologised. 邱崇城 kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. 宋夕威 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Byron Radcliffe in the 68th minute of the match. 宋夕威 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dane Oldham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dane Oldham in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg 宋夕威 saved ≮Empire≯Give me five CXK from getting behind. Jay Mullen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 宋夕威 came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Egg Chasers FC's Jay Mullen. But to his dismay, Jay Mullen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. When Dane Oldham got free in front of the goal in the 89th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. 宋夕威 was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 吴钢枫 during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Egg Chasers FC had played much better football throughout.
