The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gnaget United FC booed when CSD Concepción was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Serrano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gnaget United FC's Osvald Nyberg shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The Gnaget United FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CSD Concepción were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
