Kind of Blue's Freddie Söderlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronaldo Nazário De Lima in the 38th minute of play. Freddie Söderlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Mietus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Słodkie Cytryny's Olgierd Zarobski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Słodkie Cytryny from getting a goal against them. 48 minutes into the match, Kind of Blue's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldo Nazário De Lima came free, but Freddie Söderlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Freddie Söderlund came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Słodkie Cytryny's Marian Mietus. But to his dismay, Marian Mietus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The supporters of Kind of Blue booed when Słodkie Cytryny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartlomiej Soroka didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Nazário De Lima in the 59th minute of play forced Kind of Blue's goalkeeper Freddie Söderlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddie Söderlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marian Mietus's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Mathias Lindman put in a rough tackle. Słodkie Cytryny's Stasio Czciborek was substituted for Hugon Wodaszak. In the 81st match minute, Kind of Blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens-Ove Käcker to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Słodkie Cytryny booed when Kind of Blue was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kristian Käcker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Słodkie Cytryny's Ronaldo Nazário De Lima shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Freddie Söderlund but with some difficulty. In the 86th minute, Marian Mietus reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Freddie Söderlund. The goal made the score 1-4. In the 89th minute, Kristian Käcker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 93 minutes into the match, Ronaldinho Kaká notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Kind of Blue's Freddie Söderlund. Freddie Söderlund was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Kind of Blue fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Słodkie Cytryny were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
