Péter Čech made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Locaio Jerez sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Şamaxı Bankirlər's Péter Čech got control of the ball when Locaio Jerez tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Jeraldo Nieto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Péter Čech. Jeraldo Nieto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a little luck, Şamaxı Bankirlər's Péter Čech got control of the ball when Locaio Jerez tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Jeraldo Nieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vimaro Buerga came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Şamaxı Bankirlər's Aqil Bağiyev. But to his dismay, Aqil Bağiyev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 29 minutes into the game, Locaio Jerez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Péter Čech was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience was convinced that Aqil Bağiyev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vimaro Buerga was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Loğman Hacibabayev hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. A collision led to Made in Paraguay getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Cresencio Felpeto hit a great ball. In the 42nd minute of the match Loğman Hacibabayev shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vimaro Buerga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Loğman Hacibabayev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yaqub Aydinov made a kick off. A collision led to Şamaxı Bankirlər getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Arzuman Binnätov hit a great ball. Péter Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Locaio Jerez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Şamaxı Bankirlər's Loğman Hacibabayev got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jeraldo Nieto in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Péter Čech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abdulhämid Ibrahimli kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Locaio Jerez notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Şamaxı Bankirlər's Péter Čech. Péter Čech was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Qusif Zamanov struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Vimaro Buerga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Şamaxı Bankirlər. Vimaro Buerga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loğman Hacibabayev in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Şamaxı Bankirlər's goal looked a bit too open when Jeraldo Nieto came free, but Péter Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 72nd match minute, Made in Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Villagra to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lluc Teresa during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Made in Paraguay's Lluc Teresa got a free kick in the 77th minute. Péter Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Locaio Jerez, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Şamaxı Bankirlər's goal looked a bit too open when Locaio Jerez came free, but Péter Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Loğman Hacibabayev reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vimaro Buerga. The goal made the score 3-2. If Jeraldo Nieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 89 played minutes Made in Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Cresencio Felpeto. After 90 played minutes, Şamaxı Bankirlər's Loğman Hacibabayev shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vimaro Buerga came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Şamaxı Bankirlər reached it. 95 minutes into the game, Loğman Hacibabayev was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Şamaxı Bankirlər's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Made in Paraguay the free kick.
