The crowd rose to their feet as Geovani Vieira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gervasio Oier. That made the score 2-2 in the 37 minute of play. The supporters of Rio Verde F.C CIMZ booed when Jarana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Caitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Germano Domingues in the 44th minute really tested Gervasio Oier's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rolando Todor to make the kick off. José Paulo Xavier made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Rolando Todor sent off a good shot on target. José Paulo Xavier was left in no man's land by his defense there! 77 minutes into the match, Jarana FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joélson Donatello came free, but Gervasio Oier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geovani Vieira in the 81st minute of play forced Jarana FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Oier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paolo Balasi hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The Rio Verde F.C CIMZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jarana FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Jarana FC.
