With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Orhan Karataş in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeronimo Abella saved INDEPENDIENTE F.C. from getting behind. In the 5th minute, XL-Azrail Team's Aytekin Toktuğ seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Aytekin Toktuğ the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of XL-Azrail Team protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Aytekin Toktuğ had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Aytekin Toktuğ hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind XL-Azrail Team's goalkeeper Şentürk Cihanser, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Arif Memduh Tenzil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolando Felipo kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, XL-Azrail Team's goalkeeper Şentürk Cihanser had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Casimiro Pacorro. In the 18th minute, Baykam Özkutsal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Gonzalo Mambru notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of XL-Azrail Team's Şentürk Cihanser. Şentürk Cihanser was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 23 minutes into the game, Casimiro Pacorro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Şentürk Cihanser. Casimiro Pacorro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Arif Memduh Tenzil blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeronimo Abella having to make a save. After 29 minutes, Rolando Felipo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the INDEPENDIENTE F.C. and the XL-Azrail Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rolando Felipo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ahmet Ziya Sabih managed to get in a good position for a shot. XL-Azrail Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Ziya Sabih was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Abella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sacit Erenoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeronimo Abella having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Sacit Erenoz made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmet Ziya Sabih got free with Jeronimo Abella in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arif Memduh Tenzil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Jeronimo Abella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Alemdar Arslanşah's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jeronimo Abella was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. With a little luck, INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s Jeronimo Abella got control of the ball when Sacit Erenoz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 65th minute, Arif Memduh Tenzil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 73 played minutes XL-Azrail Team got a freekick which was hit by Hüseyin Turan İçten. Sacit Erenoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ahmet Ziya Sabih came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the XL-Azrail Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Ziya Sabih couldn't finish the play. Şentürk Cihanser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Erramu in the 91st minute of the match. After 92 minutes, Alemdar Arslanşah mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the XL-Azrail Team and the INDEPENDIENTE F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Many of XL-Azrail Team's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. XL-Azrail Team may have spent more time on the ball, but INDEPENDIENTE F.C. were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
