Amancio Gudesteo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute Hakem Al Attar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Lixandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moises Salvator during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Moises Salvator struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. José Alberto Chilavert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MORPH. 10 minutes into the match, Gustavo-Hernán Lanzini notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Golden Tigers's José Alberto Chilavert. José Alberto Chilavert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erubiel Jusepe hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Alfredo Madeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. José Alberto Chilavert was a little too slow when Marcelo Estebano got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 20th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 23rd minute, Alejo Vimaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Lixandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fawaz Boland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Basem Al Baghli charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basem Al Baghli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Golden Tigers's Basem Al Baghli got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th match minute, Golden Tigers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdul Aziz Al Holey to maneuver through the defense. MORPH were furious when Amancio Gudesteo was red carded, 32 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to MORPH getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Amancio Gudesteo hit a great ball. When Hakem Al Attar came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Golden Tigers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hakem Al Attar couldn't finish the play. José Alberto Chilavert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo-Hernán Lanzini in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo-Hernán Lanzini in the 37th minute of play forced Golden Tigers's goalkeeper José Alberto Chilavert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Alberto Chilavert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Gartzea, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moises Salvator was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, MORPH's Marco Lixandro got control of the ball when Fawaz Boland tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute, one of Golden Tigers:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Golden Tigers. Gustavo-Hernán Lanzini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Robustiano Hegoi put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of José Alberto Chilavert. Alfredo Madeo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Fawaz Boland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marco Lixandro was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. 79 minutes into the match, MORPH's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Al Towatan came free, but Marco Lixandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 79th minute, Alejo Vimaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of MORPH booed when Golden Tigers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Al Towatan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 90 minutes of play, MORPH's Moises Salvator made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. José Alberto Chilavert was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moises Salvator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 95 minutes into the match, Robustiano Hegoi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Alberto Chilavert. Golden Tigers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robustiano Hegoi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. When the referee ended the match the MORPH players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
