After a rather tough play, AFK Petržalka's Miroslav Brezník got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 20th minute Gerard Mulder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Adamčík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerard Mulder hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 28 minutes into the game, Tibor Barmoš cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Taco Neeskens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, AFK Petržalka's Tibor Barmoš got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 37th minute Sjaak Saarloos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Adamčík saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in AFK Petržalka's zone, Sjaak Saarloos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Adamčík came out of the goal and Sjaak Saarloos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Mulder in the 44th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Ivan Adamčík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes, Miroslav Brezník mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFK Petržalka and the FC Bal op het Dak players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, AFK Petržalka's Miroslav Brezník got a free kick in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerard Mulder in the 46th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Ivan Adamčík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gerard Mulder to strike the kick off in the second half. AFK Petržalka's Ivan Adamčík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerard Mulder in the 57th minute of play. Tibor Barmoš struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Taco Neeskens didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AFK Petržalka. Taco Neeskens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tibor Barmoš in the 63rd minute of play. Ivan Adamčík made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Gerard Mulder sent off a good shot on target. Taco Neeskens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tibor Barmoš, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute, Sjaak Saarloos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Taco Neeskens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibor Barmoš in the 73rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, AFK Petržalka's Miroslav Brezník got a free kick in the 76th minute. Taco Neeskens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miroslav Brezník in the 82nd minute of play. When AFK Petržalka's Tibor Barmoš in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bal op het Dak's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Bal op het Dak eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
