When Gillermo Serrano came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Halcon Sport 69 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gillermo Serrano couldn't finish the play. Tabby Leceta was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Herminio Perfecto capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Herminio Perfecto really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 18th minute of the match Jacobo Pan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristian Eleder showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 29th minute Gillermo Serrano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gillermo Serrano in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Eleder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 47 minutes into the game, Jacobo Pan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Halcon Sport 69's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Mukenio the free kick. The supporters of Deportivo Mukenio booed when Halcon Sport 69 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacobo Pan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Halcon Sport 69's goalkeeper Tabby Leceta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erasmo Admon. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Erasmo Admon made a kick off. The supporters of Halcon Sport 69 booed when Deportivo Mukenio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Eguzki didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ofelio Borizar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 played minutes Deportivo Mukenio got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Perfecto. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gillermo Serrano in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Eleder saved Deportivo Mukenio from getting behind. Pepillo Peñaranda kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaston Goi in the 73rd minute of play forced Halcon Sport 69's goalkeeper Tabby Leceta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Halcon Sport 69's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Eguzki came free, but Tabby Leceta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Ofelio Borizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Halcon Sport 69's supporters rose to their feet, but Ofelio Borizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Eleder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute of the match, Gillermo Serrano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cristian Eleder saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tabby Leceta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erasmo Admon in the 84th minute of play. In the 90th minute Herminio Perfecto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tabby Leceta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute Gillermo Serrano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Eleder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Deportivo Mukenio fully deserved thier win.
