In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Mukenio's goalkeeper Cristian Eleder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Nova Venécia-ES's Giovani Ramos in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gildo de Carvalho during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guga Neves couldn't finish the play. 66 minutes into the match, Giovani Ramos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristian Eleder, 3-4. 68 minutes in the game, Luís Guilherme de Mendonça fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cristian Eleder having to interfere. The Nova Venécia-ES fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Nova Venécia-ES's Giovani Ramos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 77th minute, Gildo de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Guga Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nova Venécia-ES's supporters rose to their feet, but Guga Neves was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Eleder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nova Venécia-ES's Flávio Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Bieito in the 82nd minute of play. Gildo de Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Urbano Eguzki charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Urbano Eguzki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
