Gerrit Kemper came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Sportivo Luan Toro's Ringo Bonavena. But to his dismay, Ringo Bonavena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Walter Fernández charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Walter Fernández the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Sportivo Luan Toro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Fernández didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute there was a penalty for Sportivo Luan Toro. Oscar Martín stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gerrit Kemper. 2-0. The supporters of Decathlon Dudes booed when Sportivo Luan Toro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Walter Fernández didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 21 minutes on the clock, Michael Broers commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 22nd match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Michael Broers to maneuver through the defense. Sportivo Luan Toro's Oscar Martín couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Decathlon Dudes. In the 27th minute Arjan Robben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Mingo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Arjan Robben got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joaquin Mingo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Deinse went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Decathlon Dudes's Gerrit Kemper proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Decathlon Dudes from getting a goal against them. Eleuterio Arlo kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Gerrit Kemper showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Arlo in the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Deinse to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Ringo Bonavena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerrit Kemper saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 57 minutes of play, Sportivo Luan Toro's Ringo Bonavena made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerrit Kemper was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gerrit Kemper showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Gerazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the game, Stefan Waterreus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Decathlon Dudes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sportivo Luan Toro the free kick. In the 66th minute of the match Oscar Martín shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gerrit Kemper showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Ringo Bonavena's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gerrit Kemper was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After 77 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Waterreus. Bennie Wilson hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Oscar Martín was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 81st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ringo Bonavena in the 90th minute of play forced Decathlon Dudes's goalkeeper Gerrit Kemper to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Bennie Wilson. After 93 minutes of play Sportivo Luan Toro's Eleuterio Arlo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Eleuterio Arlo kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sportivo Luan Toro had won after a very even match.
