After a defensive mix-up in SV Balverliefd's zone, Dino Campidelis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maurice Sybring came out of the goal and Dino Campidelis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Fernando Jacinto kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute of the match, Manoel Trancoso got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maurice Sybring was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berend Tigelaar in the 27th minute of play forced Jereba 4EVER's goalkeeper Wilton Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A well placed Guga Chaves short distance shot in the 36th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 39 minutes into the match, Dino Campidelis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Maurice Sybring, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guga Chaves in the 44th minute of play forced SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper Maurice Sybring to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, SV Balverliefd's Berend Tigelaar got a free kick in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

After having played for 52 minutes, Berend Tigelaar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Balverliefd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berend Tigelaar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 60 played minutes Jereba 4EVER got a freekick which was hit by Natã Fonseca. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berend Tigelaar in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilton Fontes saved Jereba 4EVER from getting behind. In the 62nd minute, SV Balverliefd's Folker Schreuder dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Wilton Fontes successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Maurice Sybring took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manoel Trancoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With 77 minutes on the clock, Pedro Vargas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 77th minute, one of Jereba 4EVER:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jereba 4EVER. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Campidelis in the 84th minute of play forced SV Balverliefd's goalkeeper Maurice Sybring to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukas Heeringa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maurice Sybring showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guga Chaves in the 87th minute of the match. Jelle Jonge made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Jereba 4EVER's Joel Machado. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guga Chaves in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maurice Sybring prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Folker Schreuder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Guga Chaves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
