In the 2nd match minute, GERLIROJO Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Lartaun to maneuver through the defense. In the 3rd minute, Javier Ritchie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in GERLIROJO Ψ's zone, Niceto Urritz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Abadie came out of the goal and Niceto Urritz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Lartaun kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Jimeno Nahia, 11 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elvio Pelagius got free with Gustavo Abadie in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jimeno Nahia struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Gustavo Abadie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forever Tango. After a rather tough play, GERLIROJO Ψ's Saturnino Lia got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute, Elvio Pelagius reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gustavo Abadie. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 26th minute Benito Gonsalve shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Poncio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benjamin Lartaun charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benjamin Lartaun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Forever Tango booed when GERLIROJO Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Lartaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Gustavo Abadie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elvio Pelagius. Maximino Lesardo charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximino Lesardo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Maximino Lesardo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute of the match Teofilo Maiorga shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aristides Poncio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Forever Tango's Aristides Poncio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Gonsalve in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elvio Pelagius in the 36th minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Gustavo Abadie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustavo Abadie made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Nahia in the 37th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Jimeno Nahia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forever Tango's supporters rose to their feet, but Jimeno Nahia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Abadie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jimeno Nahia came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Forever Tango fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jimeno Nahia couldn't finish the play. After 48 minutes, Feliciano Fraco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Forever Tango and the GERLIROJO Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 48 played minutes Forever Tango got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Fraco. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Elvio Pelagius made a kick off. Aaron Justin kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Forever Tango's Elvio Pelagius nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gustavo Abadie made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Elvio Pelagius kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Aristides Poncio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benito Gonsalve in the 66th minute of play. A collision led to Forever Tango getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Cesar Hondo hit a great ball. In the 68th minute of the match Teofilo Maiorga sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aristides Poncio skillfully saved the ball. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Javier Ritchie sped through GERLIROJO Ψ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gustavo Abadie. GERLIROJO Ψ's Gustavo Abadie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Ritchie in the 77th minute of play. After 84 played minutes GERLIROJO Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Lartaun. Aristides Poncio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Gaueko in the 89th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Ritchie in the 90th minute of play forced GERLIROJO Ψ's goalkeeper Gustavo Abadie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Forever Tango's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
