Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marquez Tobias took the kick off in the first half of the match. A collision led to Australian Youth Academy getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Dani Odd hit a great ball. Australian Youth Academy's Casper Keato quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ascencio Lara, made in the 8th minute of the game. Loramendi Jurado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Dani Cochrane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dakota Gaffigan's late challenge caught a SC Pfullendorf's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dakota Gaffigan helped the player get up and apologised. Dakota Gaffigan hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Loramendi Jurado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dani Cochrane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the match, SC Pfullendorf's goalkeeper Salvador Rajoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olliver Todman. After a defensive mix-up in Australian Youth Academy's zone, Marquez Tobias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dani Cochrane came out of the goal and Marquez Tobias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Salvador Rajoi made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Olliver Todman sent off a good shot on target. Salvador Rajoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dakota Gaffigan in the 37th minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Dakota Gaffigan notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of SC Pfullendorf's Salvador Rajoi. Salvador Rajoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 43 minutes into the match, SC Pfullendorf's goal looked a bit too open when Everett Kiel came free, but Salvador Rajoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 43 played minutes SC Pfullendorf got a freekick which was hit by Ascencio Lara. In the 44th minute, Hank Bleazard hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

SC Pfullendorf's Kiko Pastor was substituted for Leandro Sabina. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olliver Todman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Casper Keato received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Salvador Rajoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dakota Gaffigan was shown his second yellow card after 54 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 55th minute, Dakota Gaffigan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dani Cochrane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquez Tobias in the 56th minute of play. Olliver Todman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in SC Pfullendorf's zone, Hank Bleazard stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvador Rajoi came out of the goal and Hank Bleazard tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of SC Pfullendorf booed when Australian Youth Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jones Schutt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Everett Kiel struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Salvador Rajoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Australian Youth Academy. After 81 played minutes Australian Youth Academy got a freekick which was hit by Dani Odd. The long shot by Marquez Tobias in the 82nd minute really tested Dani Cochrane's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Hank Bleazard managed to get in a good position for a shot. Australian Youth Academy's supporters rose to their feet, but Hank Bleazard was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salvador Rajoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Everett Kiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Rajoi having to interfere. In the 94th minute of the match, Senen Castellano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dani Cochrane saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Everett Kiel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
