The audience thought a goal was coming when Kamuran Bağdaş got free with Juan Perrando in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute Ali Behzat Akbudun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Luzea kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Ali Behzat Akbudun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Perrando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Behzat Akbudun, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute.
