Volodya Latev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute, Yoncho Dambov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André Luiz Koehler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Volodya Latev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Nitra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Volodya Latev came free, but André Luiz Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to THE CLUB getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Yanaki Karaganchev hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo Arantes in the 18th minute of play forced THE CLUB's goalkeeper Mirolyub Rusanov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Volodya Latev blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without André Luiz Koehler having to make a save. In the 24th minute, Ventzislav Gerginov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THE CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nano Ginev in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Luiz Koehler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of THE CLUB booed when Nitra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodrigo Arantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Ventzislav Gerginov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but André Luiz Koehler was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 45th minute, Ventzislav Gerginov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. André Luiz Koehler was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Ventzislav Gerginov had several of the Nitra FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 52 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-4 score and a disappointed André Luiz Koehler as he didn't even see the shot coming. Pedro Augusto Barral hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Ventzislav Gerginov took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Luiz Koehler. André Luiz Koehler dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Nano Ginev scored 0-6 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Luiz Koehler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 67th match minute, Nitra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Augusto Barral to maneuver through the defense. THE CLUB's Ventzislav Gerginov came free and shot a quick shot against goal 68 minutes in the game, fortunately André Luiz Koehler had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Ventzislav Gerginov scored 0-7 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Luiz Koehler, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ventzislav Gerginov did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-8 to the left of a surprised André Luiz Koehler 75 minutes into the match. If Rodrigo Arantes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute, Rodrigo Arantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. THE CLUB's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
