When Gino Santos fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Elite™- FC Galácticos's protests and gave Gino Santos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Elite™- FC Galácticos getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Gino Santos hit a great ball. Benedito Carvalho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 12th match minute, Elite™- FC Galácticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elder Campidelis to maneuver through the defense. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Glauco Soeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Elite™- FC Galácticos from getting a goal against them. Charles Vidal hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Yelle Gysens hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute of the match Nicolas Mendes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Philipp De Messemaecker skillfully saved the ball. In the 24th minute, Michel Ingelborchs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glauco Soeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anton Reniers in the 29th minute of the match. When Anton Reniers came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Het Koffiehuis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Reniers couldn't finish the play. Glauco Soeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rajmond Vissenaekens in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Charles Vidal got a free kick in the 38th minute. Philipp De Messemaecker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedito Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Rafael Van den Gans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th match minute, Elite™- FC Galácticos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gino Santos to maneuver through the defense. Anton Reniers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After a rather tough play, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Elder Campidelis got a free kick in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Reniers in the 69th minute of play forced Elite™- FC Galácticos's goalkeeper Glauco Soeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 minutes, Charles Vidal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elite™- FC Galácticos and the Het Koffiehuis players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Elite™- FC Galácticos's Charles Vidal got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 75th minute, João Pedro Goiano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Elite™- FC Galácticos's goal looked a bit too open when Rajmond Vissenaekens came free, but Glauco Soeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Elite™- FC Galácticos's João Pedro Goiano in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Het Koffiehuis's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Elite™- FC Galácticos's zone, Rafael Van den Gans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Glauco Soeiro came out of the goal and Rafael Van den Gans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elite™- FC Galácticos's Glauco Soeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Reniers in the 91st minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
