İsmail Orhun Temizkanoğlu took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Purcaru. Emanuel Purcaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Mugur Hidiș dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gazanfer Yabgu, 1-1. The supporters of RED BLUE STAR booed when ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Oğuz Totuk didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's zone, Victor Răcănel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gazanfer Yabgu came out of the goal and Victor Răcănel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 18 played minutes RED BLUE STAR got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Baldovinescu. Emanuel Purcaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sancar Özek, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Gazanfer Yabgu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mugur Hidiș in the 29th minute of the match. In the 34th match minute, RED BLUE STAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nichifor Ciocârlan to maneuver through the defense. If Ergün Tefhim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Gazanfer Yabgu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor Răcănel in the 42nd minute of play. Türkeş Sümeroğlu took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Purcaru. Emanuel Purcaru dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ergün Tefhim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sancar Özek to maneuver through the defense. In the 59th minute, ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's Songurhan Tükel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. İsmail Orhun Temizkanoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Ergün Tefhim hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Türkeş Sümeroğlu came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Türkeş Sümeroğlu couldn't finish the play. Songurhan Tükel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Codruț Grozăvescu in the 80th minute of play forced ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's goalkeeper Gazanfer Yabgu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gencal Deniz's late challenge caught a RED BLUE STAR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gencal Deniz helped the player get up and apologised. Gencal Deniz kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugur Hidiș in the 85th minute of play forced ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ's goalkeeper Gazanfer Yabgu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th match minute, RED BLUE STAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octav Ciocan to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Purcaru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zülfü Kamil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. ЧΙ ƝƖ̇ƘƠMЄƊƖ̇ƛ ƑƘ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
