An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Paulo Esteves in the 4th minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Konstanty Dziewulski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konstanty Dziewulski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from César Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 6 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Zé Paulo Esteves. A hard shot by Filip Maciejewski from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Zé Rocha's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Evaristo Cruz hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Czeslaw Solecki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Konstanty Dziewulski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zé Paulo Esteves in the 16th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Zé Paulo Esteves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Konstanty Dziewulski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Zé Rocha made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Bogdan Kolba sent off a good shot on target. 25 minutes into the game, Zé Paulo Esteves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Konstanty Dziewulski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mateusz Trzenzalski hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Czeslaw Solecki charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Czeslaw Solecki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 played minutes Zawisza Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Solecki. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomé Martins during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Futbol Club RRFV getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Tomé Martins hit a great ball. 36 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goal looked a bit too open when Czeslaw Solecki came free, but Zé Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bogdan Kolba did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Zé Rocha 39 minutes into the match. Mateusz Trzenzalski hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zé Paulo Esteves made a kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Mateusz Trzenzalski made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Rocha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zé Rocha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateusz Trzenzalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Konstanty Dziewulski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Paulo Esteves, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Konstanty Dziewulski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorival do Vale went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Zé Paulo Esteves in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Konstanty Dziewulski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Konstanty Dziewulski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egídio Dracena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Egídio Dracena kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Konstanty Dziewulski. That made the score 2-4 in the 75 minute of play. Egídio Dracena might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Konstanty Dziewulski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Egídio Dracena ran back to his position shaking his head. After 82 minutes of play, Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Mateusz Trzenzalski made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Rocha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zé Rocha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateusz Trzenzalski in the 91st minute of play. The supporters of Zawisza Bydgoszcz booed when Futbol Club RRFV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. César Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Czeslaw Solecki, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Futbol Club RRFV eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
