Pedro Bieitos short, quick shot in the 7thth minute got Rui Azenha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Filipe Macena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Anacleto Madaleno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rui Azenha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Bieito, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Red Proud FC's Rui Azenha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimiro Aznar in the 20th minute of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Paulo Coimbra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cavaliers FC's Anacleto Madaleno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Filipe Macena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Valentin Ruy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anacleto Madaleno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Coimbra in the 31st minute of the match. If Xavier Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Coimbra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The wind increased when Pedro Bieito made the kick off in the second half. Rui Azenha came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Cavaliers FC's Pedro Bieito. But to his dismay, Pedro Bieito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Cavaliers FC made a substitution. Silvano Bautista replaced Pedro Bieito. Flávio Vasconcelos charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Flávio Vasconcelos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th match minute, Red Proud FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flávio Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Cavaliers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Aloísio Brito came free, but Anacleto Madaleno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Red Proud FC's Flávio Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 69th minute. When Aloísio Brito came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Red Proud FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aloísio Brito couldn't finish the play. Cavaliers FC's Jeronimo Beti was substituted for Jonathan Piearres. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Red Proud FC's goalkeeper Rui Azenha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Jeronimo Beti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cavaliers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeronimo Beti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rui Azenha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 86 minutes into the game, Aloísio Brito lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Anacleto Madaleno. Rui Azenha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Bautista in the 90th minute of play. Rui Azenha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Poz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Aloísio Brito received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anacleto Madaleno came out and tried to block the shot, but Aloísio Brito slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 92nd minute. Anacleto Madaleno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Filipe Macena showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 95 minute of play. The Cavaliers FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Red Proud FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
