Gualterio Bitxintxo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Anacleto Madaleno was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ademar Ferreira showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 22 minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Flávio Vasconcelos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Proud FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cavaliers FC the free kick. Pedro Bieito kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Cavaliers FC's zone, Júlio Pais stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anacleto Madaleno came out of the goal and Júlio Pais tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Cavaliers FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Pedro Bieito hit a great ball. Silvano Bautista was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. Raul Estrada struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Anacleto Madaleno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Red Proud FC.

64 minutes into the match, Ademar Ferreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anacleto Madaleno. Cavaliers FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ademar Ferreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After having played for 87 minutes, Vladimiro Aznar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cavaliers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Aznar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cavaliers FC's Anacleto Madaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Júlio Pais in the 93rd minute of play. If Vladimiro Aznar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Red Proud FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
