German Guifre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofilo Furtado in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dimas Camargo saved MEXACOMX from getting behind. If Emilio Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Teofilo Furtado did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Dimas Camargo 72 minutes into the match. If Fabrício Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to MEXACOMX getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Domingos Vilarinho hit a great ball. 83 minutes into the game, Teofilo Furtado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
