With an extended leg and a bit of luck Giannis Zacharakos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Omiros Kanonopoulos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Lithuanian amber's Vytautas Alsys got a free kick in the 51st minute. Omiros Kanonopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ąžuolas Laucius having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Algimantas Genčiauskas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giannis Zacharakos was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. 58 minutes into the match, Algimantas Genčiauskas notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Punk Fathers's Giannis Zacharakos. Lithuanian amber's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Kostas Ksiros scored to the left of an out of position Ąžuolas Laucius, making the score, 2-1. Lithuanian amber's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
