Gaspar Queirós started the match with the kick off. Torcato Caetano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldo Curcio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Viriato Peixoto made a huge save. In the 11th match minute, FC Dezassete was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubim Torcato to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute, Arturo Lobo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Viriato Peixoto. The goal made the score 1-0. Nélson Henriques charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nélson Henriques the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The La Tribuna Tambien Juega fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when La Tribuna Tambien Juega's Geronimo Ignazio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ciro Gutierrez kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Silvestre Salazar was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 32nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Viriato Peixoto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Ignazio in the 36th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, FC Dezassete's goalkeeper Viriato Peixoto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Curcio. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geronimo Ignazio was the one to do the kick off. The La Tribuna Tambien Juega fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when La Tribuna Tambien Juega's Gerardo Garci looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to FC Dezassete getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Nélson Henriques hit a great ball. La Tribuna Tambien Juega made a substitution. Bartolo Salomon replaced Aldo Curcio. Geronimo Ignazio scored 4-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Viriato Peixoto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaspar Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After some careless play in the La Tribuna Tambien Juega defense, Torcato Caetano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Bieito. The La Tribuna Tambien Juega fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Bieito should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in La Tribuna Tambien Juega's zone, Gaspar Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benjamin Bieito came out of the goal and Gaspar Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the La Tribuna Tambien Juega players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
